BLUE RIBBON ACCOUNT
A Special Program for Retirees

Retired DCFCU members who have Direct Deposit of their Pension or Social Security checks are eligible for DCFCU´s Blue Ribbon Account:

  • No Monthly Maintenance Charge on ATM Card
  • Free Money Orders (up to 6 per month without charge)
  • Free Notary Service
  • Free Withdrawal by Check
  • Free Master Money Debit Card
  • Free Signature Guarantee Service

DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT

If you have direct deposit of your payroll check coming to DCFCU you will receive the following benefits:

  • Free Checks
  • Free Master Money/ATM Card
  • Free Monthly Statements
  • Funds are available immediately on payday for check writing or ATM withdrawl

Contact your payroll department to sign up for Direct Deposit of your paycheck.  You will need to supply them with your DCFCU ACH account number and our routing number 272479715.

NOTARY SERVICE
We have several Notary´s on staff to provide no fee Notary service to our members with proper identification.

SIGNATURE GUARANTEE
We provide no fee Signature Guarantee service through the Securities Transfer Agents Medallion Program, Inc. (STAMP).

SAVINGS BONDS
We sell and redeem all issues of U.S. Savings Bonds.

TRAVELERS CHECKS
We sell American Express Travelers Checks, Checks for Two, and Gift Checks.

Charges:
  • Travelers Checks - $1.00 per $100
  • Checks for Two - $1.50 per $100
MONEY ORDERS
We sell Travelers Express Money Orders in any denomination up to $999.99 for $1.00 each.

NO SURCHARGE ATMs
DCFCU´s ATMs are no surcharge ATMs for Downriver Community Federal Credit Union´s SC24 cardholders. All nonSC24 card users will be charged $1.50 for withdrawal transactions.

WIRE TRANSFERS
We offer Wire Transfer services to our members between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Wire amounts greater than $20,000 cut off at 1:30 pm. The charge for a wire transfer is $20.00 for domestic wires and $30.00 for foreign wires.  A signed wire transfer agreement must be on file with us before wiring funds.
